Common questions

It cannot find my face

Low light, too steep an angle, or holding the phone too far away will all defeat face detection. Facing the camera with your face filling at least a third of the frame is usually enough.

When trying a look on a photo, if the face in it is small, zoom in and move the face to the middle — the app searches again within the part you can see.

Where are my saved looks

Bottom-left of the camera screen. Looks live on your phone, and uninstalling the app deletes them with it.

Can I move my looks to a new phone

Not at the moment. Looks are stored only on the device; we have no server, so there is no account to sync with.

Is there a limit on products I add myself

Three on the free tier. Anything you have already added is never taken away — even past the limit, your earlier products keep working.

How do I get a refund

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple and Google; we cannot process them on your behalf. See the terms of service.
